Mindful Somatic Sessions offer body-centered, relational support for times of transition, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, or inner reorientation. Grounded in Hakomi-informed practice, sessions emphasize present-moment awareness, curiosity, and listening to the body as a source of wisdom. The work is slow, attuned, and trauma-aware, supporting nervous-system regulation and integration during periods when familiar reference points may be changing.

Rather than problem-solving or directing, sessions invite insight and clarity to emerge organically through sensation, emotion, and embodied awareness. Depending on what is supportive, sessions may gently incorporate somatic inquiry, breath awareness, touch, or subtle movement to deepen connection and self-understanding.
